Let me tell you a little more about who I am and what I do.

I weave song, poetry, movement and music to create passionate performances and soulful ceremonies.

 

As Reverend Roula, I serve as a Life Celebrant, Counsellor and End of Life Doula.

I legally officiate weddings in Ontario and facilitate milestone ceremonies such as baby namings and coming of age celebrations.  As a trained Death Doula, I provide loving end-of-life care from diagnosis to final breath (and support to the family beyond). I also offer spiritual counselling under the mentorship of cutting-edge soul-attuned psychotherapist, Dr. Larry Nusbaum.

 

As Roula the artist, I am a Juno-nominated vocalist, poet, dancer and actor. After teaching Middle Eastern dance for over 30 years, I have distilled my work into a suite of offerings that are steeped in tradition yet fundamentally oriented toward what I call Embodied Soul Attunement.
